1. General Policy

At Community Business Hub, we offer our subscription services on a pro-rata basis. This means you pay for the portion of the service you have access to.

2. No Refunds

Except as required by Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid. This includes situations where you have changed your mind or found the service cheaper elsewhere.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

• to cancel your service contract with us; and
• to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the contract and to cancel the contract.

A "major failure" is defined under the Australian Consumer Law and includes when the service is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot easily and within a reasonable time be made fit.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of that period.

5. How to Request a Remedy under Consumer Guarantees

If you believe there has been a major failure with our service, please contact us at subscriptions@communitybusinesshub.com with the following information:

• Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Any supporting documentation, such as screenshots.

We will assess your request in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
