• Free and Paid Tiers: We offer a free "Standard Profile" and paid subscription tiers with additional features.
• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription, including upgrading, through your account settings. Downgrades are handled via the Stripe Customer Portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will BuildRandom Pty Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
